Orders are only eligible for refund if all items are in original condition. (un-opened, enclosed in original shipping packaging)

If you cancel your subscription before you receive the product your shipping payment will NOT be refunded.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement.

We do not issue the refund if: Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

Bottles must be in the original condition and un-opened for returns after 5 days of delivery.
